🎉 You're Booked! Your Free Session With Doug Is Confirmed.

Check your email — a confirmation with your Zoom link and appointment details has been sent to you.

    Here's What to Expect

    1

    Check Your Email

You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment time, Doug's Zoom link, and a calendar invite. Add it to your calendar now so you don't forget.

    2

    Reminders Will Be Sent Automatically

You'll receive an automatic reminder 24 hours before your session and again 1 hour before. Keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder.

    3

Come Ready to Talk About Your Child

Come prepared to share a bit about your child's challenges, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. The more Doug knows going in, the more valuable your 45 minutes will be.

    4

We'll Walk Through Your Coverage Options

If you have extended health benefits or BC autism funding, bring whatever information you have. Doug will walk you through what may be covered for your specific situation.

    🎁

Reminder: Your Benefits May Cover More Than You Think

Extended health plans that cover Registered Clinical Counselling can apply to both in-office sessions AND at least 50% of a 30-day NeurOptimal® home rental — so your child can do the brain training program from home, with Doug's full oversight and support.

BC Autism Funding (AFU) can also be applied to DRW NeuroPerformance services.

We'll go through exactly how this works on your call — come prepared and we'll map it out together.

    Doug West

"I look forward to our conversation. This call is about your child — not about selling you anything. My goal is simply to understand what's going on and help you figure out the best path forward, whatever that looks like for your family.

    See you soon."
